Protein Rich Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Easiest Protein Fruit Smoothie recipe you ever have made..

Ingredients you will need-
  1. one cup mixed berries(frozen)
  2. Half Banana
  3. Half cup Apple juice
  4. 1/4 cup silken Tofu
(Note- you can buy ready made Apple juice or you can mixer it at home) 
How to --
Mix and combine berries, banana, apple juice and tofu, blend it until it is smooth..
Its ready!
Enjoy protein and fiber rich smoothie..
